I apologize in advance to my Grandmothers...

"Ferrando (Ryan MacPherson) especially distinguishes himself for his pelvic thrusts; independent of other considerations, the motions of his trousered genitals —wild arabesques and fantasies clearly visible from row G—merit an award for best unsupported actor. The audience went wild for these exertions, but Mr. MacPherson’s black stirrup pants were less sympathetic, as evidenced by an inconvenient rip along the inner upper thigh, exposing a pale pink patch of flesh perilously near the Albanian fertile crescent."

Hi everybody!

Back in Portland Oregon for another great opera. This round is filled with Mozart!

Rehearsals for Philip Glass' Orphée begin tomorrow! I can't tell you how excited and anxious I am to start this project.

Three days of only music rehearsal might give a hint at the demands of this music. Honestly, some of the most challenging and interesting music I have had the pleasure to sink my teeth into. Gotta go practice for tomorrow.
